funeral flowers not delivered...unacceptable e-mail was sent explaining they were unable to deliver on the promised date but would be sent out the following day.....phone call 3 days later saying they still haven't been delivered, they will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow came and NO flowers??????
WHAT!!!!!! One week later I told them to give a full refund. We will see how that goes. Received an e-mail saying, "Additionally, I have informed the delivering florist of the issue and they have asked that we extend their apologies as well.
Please rest assured we are working diligently to prevent this error from occurring again. As we do with all our affiliates who make a mistake, we will closely monitor their activities within the next few weeks, and decide if they still meet our quality criteria." Safe to say they don't meet the criteria
