I've ordered flowers from SendFlowers many times before and this is the first arrangement I have been totally disappointed with.

I ordered the deluxe arrangement of the Veteran Flower Bouquet. Per their website it states order will be arranged as similarly to their website as possible - this is for the deluxe arrangement. What I Believe I got was the regular arrangement.

I did call customer service to complain and kept offering to send the photos of what was delivered to the funeral home. There was no bite on that from the customer service rep. I did get a 30% refund. This puts the cost at what a regular arrangement would have been.

Unfortunately it does not make up for the missed opportunity, disappointment and embarrassment felt at the viewing and funeral.

Glad for the refund but but I don't feel that is enough compensation for what went wrong.

Reason of review: Not as described.

I didn't like: Did not deliver what was advertised.
