I am appalled at the customer service. Not only did they not deliver the flowers I ordered and paid for, they can't bother to deliver them until 2 days later?

Unacceptable. I can't be there in person for the birth, so at least I could send flowers? Apparently not. Now I look like an ***, and we still have NO flowers.

This company cares about money and that is it.

Do Not use this website if you actually want the flowers to be delivered. Shameful

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Being made to look like a loser because you cannot do your job.

I too have had same problem, flowers to be delivered on Sat February 6th only to get a phone call to say they couldn't find someone to deliver them, but they could get them to deliver it on Sunday the day after the birthday. I said to go ahead.

Then I get another call ( btw the company numbers are either block or strange number) says they can't do it on Sunday now but Monday the flowers will be delivered. It's going to Bunswick Ga...

And they can't find someone to deliver flowers. Don't use this company.
