A friend was ill in the hospital..by the time they delivered it he was discharged..no email or call to tell me..fri sat sun mon i call on tuesday today theyre going to try to re attempt delivery at the hospital again today that he was discharged from 5 days ago..i hate them they ruined everything..first time using them never again.

Ordered flowers early morning for same day delivery for my sister. They charged more for the delivery than discount. Anyway fasmily was home all day, no delivery. When I tried to call no answer was waiting for over 30 minutes. Don't order from send flowers.com no one answers the phone.
