We are very upset because of this flowers delivery. Flowers don't match the picture on the homepage, in reality the bouquet looks very tastelessly and cheap, but I have paid 54, 98$ for the flowers not 10$. We will not recommend sendflowers.com service anyone! P.S. you will find the real picture of flowers in the attachment

Sendflowers - Awful Experience!
I ordered an arrangement based on the picture on their site. It was a big pink bouquet that was to look like a cupcake. It was perfect for the teenage girl I was sending it to. But, what she received was this ugly, small depressing looking blob! I was so disappointed! Ugly, cheap flowers and doesn’t even resemble the funny cheery cupcake it was suppose to be. Never use this company! What a joke!

Sendflowers - Dishonest business, no pride in their work.
Lied about same day deliver, poor quality of overpriced, takes forever to reach customer service via phone,not willing to compromise for the poor quality of the floral arrangement. Give you nothing close to what you chose.

Sendflowers - HORRIBLE!! Never again!
They purposely overcharge your credit card and then will not answer the phone when you try to rectify the situation. They give you a bogus email that apparently goes to accounts payable (this department does not exist). Avoid avoid avoid! The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life!
