Sendflowers - No Refund

I called to order , once I order about 40 minutes later they sent me a email saying they couldn't deliver . Why I don't know . She told me I will be refunded my money 3 business days. Its going on 4 days and I haven't received my money. The same way how your company took the same way I want it back or I will be calling corporate and getting a layer saying how bad business this company is.

Sendflowers - *** ordering process

Ordered flowers. They first contact you, and advise they have to deliver a day before date needed. So, that is fine. THEN, the day before (on a Sat), they advise they cannot get a local florist to deliver(there are 2 in town!!!), so, they cannot fulfill order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

Sendflowers - DO NOT USE

ORdered balloons for my Aunt's bday. Received an email stating they were delivered. They were not. Called customer service. They said they attempted to deliver. I was not called. They had my phone number. What a joke. Not reliable. Do not use.

I ordered flowers from this service on two occasions and both times the flowers were not delivered on the date I asked. I should have known after the first time but I thought it could have been a fluke. They also sent me an email that the flowers were delivered and they never were.
