Sendflowers - Worst company ever

Ordered flowers for Christmas for Dec 22. Didn’t show. Said they’d be delivered with an apology letter in the 26th, still not delivered by Jan. 2. Worst customer service ever. Put in hold for 20 minutes TWICE.

Sendflowers - Absolutely Horrible X 2

I ordered flowers from this service on two occasions and both times the flowers were not delivered on the date I asked. I should have known after the first time but I thought it could have been a fluke. They also sent me an email that the flowers were delivered and they never were. If I wouldn’t have checked, I never would’ve known.

We ordered from them and recieved an ugly bouquet. Not only was it ugly it had the wrong color flowers. It was supposed to be yellow, orange and burgundy. The buoquet was white and orange.

They couldn't find a florist to deliver the flowers because the house was too remote. That has NEVER happened before in all the years I've ordered flowers. Then they wanted me to cancel my order and place a new order for more money so they could mail the flowers. That seemed fishy so I just cancelled the order.
